Second Language Placement Tests

At 亚洲自慰视频, in languages we use combinations of external test scores or placement tests to help determine undergraduate student enrollment.

Placement testing determines your current level of skills and knowledge in a particular language to help set you up for success. Prior to enrolling in a language course, you must either take a placement exam or, if your language of choice does not offer an exam, obtain permission from the Department of World Languages & Literatures. 

Review the instructions below on current classical, modern, and American Sign Language placement tests.

 

Placement test details

Go to the and select Placement Tests. Click the "Sign in with 亚洲自慰视频 single sign on" button.  Click Placement Tests from the dropdown menu.  Enter your 亚洲自慰视频 ID and click the "Search" button.  Click the blue "Enroll" button.  Log into Canvas, and you will see the "Placement Tests" course added to your Canvas dashboard.  Enter the course, and follow the directions to take your placement test.
